Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present Bail Cancellation Application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to cancel the bail of opposite party no. 2, namely, Rajendra, in Case Crime No. 153 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 352 and 307 I.P.C., Police Station - Kithore, District - Meerut, granted by order dated 28.6.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge Essential Commodities Act, being in charge/link court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Meerut.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present case the trial may be directed to be expedited.

Learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 have no objection.

Considering the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, it is hereby directed that the trial court shall endeavour to complete the trial court proceedings as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the bail cancellation application is disposed of.
