- The Registrar General of this Court in compliance of the order dated 26th September, 2023 has submitted its report. The Oath Commissioner has also filed his affidavit before the Registrar General.

- At this stage, Sri Ratnesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a mistake in filing the supplementary affidavit, although the mistake is not condonable. However, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh in a proper manner.

- Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

- Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
