Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial in the present case may be expedited.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the trial court shall endeavour to conclude the trial proceedings of Complaint Case No.9131 of 2021, under Section 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Hafizpur, District Hapur as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting unncessary adjournment to either of the party.
With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of.
