Today, when the case was called out in the revised list, none appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application.
Learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. is present and pointed out that in this case, applicant-Aftab is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 506 I.P.C., Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, Police Station-Neuriya, DistrictPilibhit but at page no. 25 of the paper book, first information report of another case being Case Crime No. 169 of 2020, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh has been annexed.
In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
However, liberty is open to the applicant to move fresh bail application with correct particulars.
