At the very outset, Sri Rewti Raman Patel, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the present case the applicant has already been convicted by the trial Court, as such, the present bail application has become infructuous.
In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this bail application is rejected as having become infructuous.
