At the very outset, Sri Chandra Veer Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vikrant Rana, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the accused applicant has already been acquitted by the trial Court, as such, the present bail applicant has become infructuous.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the accused applicant, this bail application is rejected as having become infructuous .
