Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This is the repeat bail application on behalf of the accusedapplicant Bauaa @ Randhir Singh @ Gajendra Pratap involved in Case Crime No. 60 of 2011 under Section 307 IPC, Police Station Vedpura, District Etawah.

The first bail application of the accused-applicant has been decided on merits and it has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5553 of 2023.

There is no new ground in the second bail application of the applicant after rejection of his first bail application. Since the first bail application has been disposed of on merits, I find no ground to enlarge the present accused-applicant on bail.

The second bail application of the accused-applicant is hereby rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to hear and decide the present case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and if possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. If the trial is not decided within six months, as stated above, the accused-applicant will be at liberty to file another bail application before this Court.

Registry is directed to send the true copy of this order to the court concerned.
