This is the third bail application.
By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 72 of 2021 at Police Station Ramghat, District Bulandshahar under Sections 498A, 323, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The applicant is in jail since 10.01.2022.
The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 29.11.2022.
The trial is on foot. The applicant is likely to influence witnesses and tampering with the evidence. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out.
