Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the sole case referred to in the Gang Chart (Annexure - 2), the applicant has been granted bail. Copy of the bail order is appended with the bail application.
3. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application.
4. Considering the fact that the applicant is on bail in the sole case referred to in the gang chart, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed.
5. Let the applicant Aslam be released on bail in FIR No.196 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of UP Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Sambhal, District Sambhal on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions:
