1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the sole case referred to in the Gang Chart (Annexure - 2), the applicant has been granted bail. Other than that, the applicant has also been implicated in nine other cases wherein also he has been granted bail. Copies of the bail orders are appended with the bail application.

3. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application.

4. Considering the fact that the applicant is on bail in the sole case referred to in the gang chart, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed.

5. Let the applicant Dilshad be released on bail in FIR No.302 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Gajraula, District Amroha on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions:
