This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. First bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 23.12.2021 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 30847 of 2021.
The instant case was listed at serial no. 1 in the list of fresh cases.
Case called out in the revised list. None appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application, however, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. is present whereas he is not aware about the present status of trial of the applicant.
In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
