- Heard Shri Riyaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.715 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC & Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Maharajganj, during pendency of the trial in the court below.
- FIR of the present case was lodged on 12.11.2021 against applicant, his mother and his sister and according to the FIR, marriage of the applicant was performed on 21.06.2018 with the deceased and after marriage, deceased was tortured by the applicant, his mother and sister for Rs.1,00,000/- as dowry and on 23.10.2018, informant received information that applicant and his family members ablazed his daughter i.e. deceased and when informant arrived at the hospital then deceased informed him that the applicant and his family members ablazed her and during treatment his daughter i.e.
