The allegations in the FIR are selfcontradictory as on one side, the informant has stated that her cause of death is to be the demand of dowry and on the other side, he has stated that due to the illicit relationship of the son of the applicant with some other lady. The cause of death observed by the doctor conducting autopsy is found asphyxia as a result of ante mortem hanging and, as such, the deceased might have committed suicide as she was peeved by the said act of the applicant. The case of the applicant is at a different footing to the case of co-accused Kishan Kumar. The applicant is languishing in jail since 15.01.2023 having no criminal history to her credit, deserves to be released on bail. In case, the applicant is released on bail, she will not misuse the liberty of bail and shall cooperate with the trial.
(i) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence by intimidating/ pressurizing the witnesses, during the investigation or trial.
(ii) The applicant shall cooperate in the trial sincerely without seeking any adjournment.
(iii) The applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity or commission of any crime after being released on bail.
