consideration the fact that the deceased has expired within the precincts of the house of the applicant and the cause of death is asphyxia as a result of smothering, in addition to it, there is a statement of the two offsprings of the applicant and the deceased person, namely, Prince and Anshu, aged about 10 years and 8 years respectively, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant.
