By means of this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicant Shyam Lal Gond who is involved in Case Crime No. 23 of 2019 relating to S.T. No. 125 of 2019 under Sections 498A, 304B IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Rampur Barkoniya, District Sonbhadra seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial.
On the matter being taken up, Mrs. Pratibha Jaiswal, learned counsel for applicant upon instructions from the deponent of this case submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
