- Heard Sri Rahul Singh Dahiya, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
- The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nawab , with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 823 of 2021, under Section- 307 I.P.C., Police Station – Khurja Nagar, DistrictBulandshahar.
- There is allegation in the FIR that the applicant and the co-accused, Naushad, have enmity with the husband of the informant for a long time. On 06.07.2021 at about 9:00 pm, the applicant and co-accused came with country-made pistol and fired on her husband who he was taken to the hospital.
- Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that no specific role has been assinged to the applicant. Three gunshot injuries were found on the stomach, right thigh and right hand of the injured. The trial has commenced. Statements of five prosecution witnesses have been brought on record.
