None responds for the applicant despite revised call and today this case has been fixed for hearing peremptorily.
Before passing order for dismissing this case in default it shall be useful to reproduce the relevant part of the order dated 19.12.2022 as below:-
"The case was first heard on 19.5.2021 and the same was the case on 24.6.2021. The case was adjourned on 15.7.2021 and again adjourned on 12.8.2021 and 3.9.2021. None appeared to press this anticipatory bail application on 22.9.2021 and on 8.12.2021, the case adjourned on the request of counsel for the applicant and it was adjourned again on 17.12.2021. None appeared on 27.1.2022 and the same was the case on 4.2.2022, 13.5.2022. The case was adjourned on 29.7.2022 due to fire at the office of Advocate General."
As today none has appeared on behalf of the applicant, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed in default.
