Perusal of the order sheet goes to show that the matter was referred to larger Bench of this Court. Reference stands answered in the Full Bench Decision in the case of Ankit Bharti Vs. State of U.P. and another, reported in 2020 (3) ADJ 575 (FB) .
In view of above, the aforesaid application is not maintainable as the applicant has directly approached this Court without availing proper remedy to approach before the court below.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not maintainable.
