Heard Sri Mohammad Belal, learned counsel on behalf of applicants, learned counsel for opposite party and Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned AGA for the State.
On 19.07.2021, while referring the matter to Mediation Centre, it was clearly mentioned that the entire amount of Rs. 25,000/was to be paid to the opposite party only after settlement process was over.
The report from the Mediation Centre dated 19.05.2022 shows that their proceedings have been completed i.e. Mediation proceedings are over. Thus, it is directed that the entire amount of Rs. 25,000/- be released by the Mediation Centre in favour of opposite party no. 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad. Learned counsel for the applicants has made a statement at the Bar that the present anticipatory bail application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before appropriate forum.
The present anticipatory bail application is disposed off, accordingly.
