Present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Affsarun in Case Crime No.300 of 2022, under Sections 386, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station - Nai Mandi, District – Muzaffar Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has no concern with the present matter. He has been falsely implicated in this matter due to animosity. Allegations levelled against the applicant are false. No offence as alleged in the F.I.R. is made out against the applicant. It is further submitted that investigation is pending against the applicant. He is cooperating with the investigation. Applicant's case is squarely covered under Section 438 Cr.P.C. If the applicant is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the liberty and will cooperate with the investigation. The applicant has apprehension of his arrest by the police any time.

Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer.
