Learned AGA has pointed out that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case.
On coming to know that the charge sheet has already been filed, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as provided under law.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
