Perusal of the order sheet goes to show that earlier, by order dated 28.01.2021, interim protection was granted to the applicant. After which, the case has been listed on several occasions, but counsel for the applicant has not appeared to argue the case.
The present anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
It is open to the court concerned/authority to proceed in accordance with law.
