Heard Mr. Prakash Chandra Diwedi, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Hari Kesh Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. K.P. Pathak, learned AGA for the State.
Earlier on 28.01.2020, interim anticipatory bail application was granted to the applicant.
Learned AGA has pointed out that that the charge sheet has already been submitted against the applicant, therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
To which, learned counsel for the applicant prays that this anticipatory bail application may be dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as provided under the law.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
