Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Agra to consider and decide the Case No. 13441 of 2022 (State Vs. Pramod Kumar Gupta), arising out of Case Crime No. 119 of 2021, under Sections 409, 420 I.P.C., PS Shahganj, District Agra within time stipulated by this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2022 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Agra to consider and decide the Case No. 13441 of 2022 (State Vs. Pramod Kumar Gupta), arising out of Case Crime No. 119 of 2021, under Sections 409, 420 I.P.C., PS Shahganj, District Agra expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
