Heard Sri Mukul Kumar Advocate, holding brief of Sri Satish Sharma learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. was moved with a prayer to allow the instant application directing the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. 2, Allahabad, to conclude the Case No. 301 of 2022 (State Vs. Ashu Miyan) arising out of Case Crime No. 14 of 2022, under Sections 394, 342, 411, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Koraon, District Prayagraj, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. 2, Allahabad, expeditiously as early as possible.
Learned counsel for the opposite party as well as learned A.G.A. has no objection in this record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties as well as learned A.G.A. for the State, perusal of record, it is expedient to direct the learned court concerned to make its endeavor to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously as far as possible within a period of one year.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of finally.
