Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

The present application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been moved with prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.09, Allahabad to expedite the proceedings of Complaint registered as Case No.561 of 2022 (Zeba Maqashud Anshari vs. Mohd. Azeem and others) under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 377, 542 I.P.C.-1860 & Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Mutthiganj, District Allahabad pending before it and to conclude the trial of the same expeditiously, or if possible, within some specific time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that a Complaint Case No.561 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 377, 542 I.P.C.-1860 & Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Mutthiganj, District Allahabad pending before the learned trial court and it is not being decided, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the same expeditiously as possible within some stipulated time.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the parties as well as perusal of record, this application is disposed of finally with direction to the learned court concerned to make its endeavour to decide the aforesaid case finally within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
