Heard Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri V.K. Upadhyay, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Ritvik Upadhyay, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and Sri Siddharth Baghel, learned counsel for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 states that the present application has been filed by the applicants by concealing material and relevant facts for which two days' time be granted to him for filing a short counter affidavit bringing them on record. He states that the applicants have filed anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Judge concerned and even the said fact has not been disclosed in the present 482 Cr.P.C. application.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that he has no instructions to the said effect.
Time as prayed by learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is allowed. Let the matter be listed on 21.3.2023.
It is made clear that there no interim order passed in the matter. "
