By means of the present 482 application, the applicant is assailing the order dated 15.12.2022 in Criminal Misc. Case No. 488 of 2002 arising out of case crime no. 559 of 1999, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Civil LIne, District Badaun pending in the court of CJM, Badaun, whereby the applicant's discharge application has been rejected.
This 482 application for sure is not maintainable, if so advised may file proper revision before the appropriate Court.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the applicant on supplying the photocopy of the same within the period of four days.
With this observation, the present application stands dispose of.
