The instant withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the applicant supported by an affidavit of Sri Mahesh Chandra Mishra, husband of the present applicant through counsel Sri Anuj Bajpai.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application may be dismissed as withdrawn in as much as the present applicant does not want to pursue the present application.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 as well as learned AGA for respondent no. 1 have no objection.
As such, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
