"Issue notice to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory U.P. at Lucknow, returnable on 07.06.2023, to show cause why he has not submitted a report required in Sessions Trial No. 203 of 2022, State vs. Rajendra Maurya and others, under Sections 302, 34, 120B IPC, P.S. Karma, District Sonbhadra.
In case, by that date, a personal affidavit showing cause is not filed by the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory U.P. at Lucknow, he shall appear in person; else, he need not appear.
Lay as fresh on 07.06.2023 before the appropriate Bench.
Let this order be communicated to the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Sonbhadra through the learned Sessions Judge, Sonbhadra and to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory U.P. at Lucknow by the Registrar (Compliance) within 24 hours."
