This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicant to expedite the Complaint Case No.540 of 2019 (Nageswar Tripathi Vs. Lalit Kumar Tiwari), under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Meja, District Prayagraj pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Court No.10, Prayagraj within stipulated period preferably within four months.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is complainant and has filed complaint. It is submitted that the court concerned be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
Learned AGA has no objection in case the aforesaid case is decided.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this application is disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M., Court No.10, Prayagraj to decide the aforesaid case without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
