Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed by the applicant for a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Hamirpur to consider and decide the Maintenance Case No.241 of 2021, under Section 125 CrPC, Police Station Rath, District Hamirpur within some stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case is pending since 2019 and even she has not been provided any interim relief, therefore, it would be proper to direct the concerned Principal Judge, Family Court to decide the aforesaid case.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for applicant, it is directed that Principal Judge, Family Court, Hamirpur shall consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
In view of above, this application is finally disposed of.
