This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to issue a direction to the Special Judge, Dacoity Affected Area/ IIIrd Additional Session Judge, Farrukhabad to decide the Complaint Case No.54 of 2018 (Shailendra Kumar Vs. Anil Bhadauria and others), under Sections 323, 504, 392 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad, pending before the Special Judge, Dacoity Affected Area/ IIIrd Additional Session Judge, Farrukhabad, within stipulated time.
The case is pending since the year 2018, hence, the trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case of the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the court concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
