No.616/ 2013, State Versus Nasibu and others, arising out of Case Crime No.692/ 2009, under Sections 270, 272, 273 I.P.C. and 7/16 Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, Police Station Massoorie, District Ghaziabad, against the applicant.
