This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Court below to consider and decide the Misc. Case No. 1763 of 2021 (Smt. Vandana Yadav and another Vs. Mukesh Kumar Yadav), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Sirsaganj, District- Firozabad, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad within stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant is wife and the case is pending since 17.12.2021.
Considering that this misc. case is pending since 2021, without expressing any opinion on the merit of this case, this application is disposed of finally with direction to the concerned Court below to decide the aforesaid aforesaid misc. case as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
