Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicant to direct the court below to expedite the complaint bearing no.377 of 2014 (Smt. Sunita Patel Vs. Vinay Kumar Patel and others) pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad expeditiously within stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a complainant and has filed complaint. It is submitted that the court concerned be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

Learned AGA has no objection in case the aforesaid case is decided.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
