1. Heard Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Brijesh Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 21.07.2023, passed by Special Judge (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)) Act, Kanpur Nagar in Special Criminal Case No. 1533 of 2017 (Rajendra Kumar Kureel vs.Dharmendra Mishra and others) u/S 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1) Gha SC/ST Act, Police Station- Nazirabad, DistrictKanpur Nagar.
3. After some arguments at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application as the same is misconceived.
4. Therefore, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn .
