4.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is complainant, who moved application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and same was treated as complaint and after recording statement under sections 200 & 202 Cr.P.C. opposite party nos. 2 to 6 have been summoned by order dated 17.05.2022 under aforesaid sections. Opposite party nos.2 to 6 have not appeared before the court and proceeding is pending since 2020.
