This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to issue a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the criminal case no. 4192 of 2021, State Vs.Prateek Shukla, case crime no. 60 of 2021, under section 302, 307, 504 I.P.C. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, police station George Town District Praygraj pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, , within the time fixed by this Court.
It is clear that the case is of the year 2021 and thus more than one year old, hence, the trial court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the court concerned.
The application is accordingly allowed.
