Learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are present.

In compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.12.2022, the counsel for the applicants has placed before the court the certified copy of the compromise deed dated 02.01.2023 and the verification order passed thereon alongwith the covering letter that the parties have arrived at a compromise in Case Crime No.1562 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad and the compromise deed has been verified by the trial court.

The certified copies of the compromise deed dated 02.01.2023 and the order dated 05.01.2023 passed thereon alongwith its covering letter are placed before the Court, the same be kept on record. The dispute is matrimonial. The sections involved are compoundable. As the the compromise deed of the parties has been verified by the court concerned, hence, same is accepted. The certified copy of the compromise deed and the verification order passed thereon dated 05.01.2023 alongwith its covering shall form the part of this order.

As the parties have arrived at a compromise and their verified compromise deed has been accepted by this Court, so the charge-sheet dated 29.07.2017 as well as the entire proceedings of Case No. 24866 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No.1562 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad are quashed.

The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed .
