Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

This application has been filed by the applicant for a direction to the trial court to expedite disposal of Case Crime No.247 of 2020, under Sections 504 IPC and Section 3(1)dha SC/ST Act, Police Station Noida Sector-58, District Gautam Budh Nagar pending before Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Gautam Budh Nagar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case is pending since 2020 but the same has not been decided as yet and it may be proper to direct the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for applicant, it is directed that the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Gautam Budh Nagar shall consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

In view of above, this application is finally disposed of.
