Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
At the very outset learned AGA has raised preliminary objection on the maintainability of this application and states that against the impugned order a revision lies, not an application under Section 482 CrPC.
Confronted with the above, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not wish to press this application with liberty to file a revision/recall application.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
