This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the Charge Sheet No. 20/2022 dated 31.01.2022 submitted in Case Crime No. 428 of 2021, under Sections 354 (घ), 504, 506, 354 IPC, Section 7/8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(1)(द) and 3(1)(ध) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Narkhi, District Firozabad, pending in the court of A.S.J./POCSO Ist, Firozabad, as well as order taking cognizance dated 18.06.2022 & B.W. order dated 12.10.2022 passed in P.S.T. No. 897/2022 (State Vs. Shitu) and with further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the said case including cognizance order.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he intend to seek appropriate remedy available under law as the matter relates to the offences under S.C./S.T. Act also along with the offences under Indian Penal Code.
Prayer is allowed.
The present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
