List has been revised. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application, however, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

The applicant has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the Matrimonial Case No. 776 of 2021, under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Puramufti, District Prayagraj, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.5, Allahabad within the stipulated period..

Perusal of the record shows that the applicant is wife of O.P. No.2 and she has filed an application on 23.9.2021,under section 125 Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance, however, the said application is still pending disposal and has not yet been disposed of.

In view of above, the court below is expected to make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months after giving opportunity of hearing to both the sides and without giving unnecessary adjournments to either side, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.

With these observations, the application filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
