Heard Shri Dharampal Sigh, learned Senior counsel assisted by Shri Siddharth Niranjan, learned counsel for the applicant through video conferencing, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this application, as such, it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application before the appropriate forum.
In view of the above statement, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application before the appropriate forum.
