1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P./opposite party no.1.
2-By means of this application, the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of case being Case No. 813 of 2021 (State Vs. Ajeem and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 06 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station-Shahganj, District-Jaunpur, pending in the court of learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D. III)/Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur, within the time-bound frame.
3-At the outset, referring the order sheet of this case, learned A.G.A. submits that it is a case of the year 2021 and the trial is proceeding in the matter.
4-On putting query in this regard, Mr. Mohd. Waris, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application at this stage, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application at the appropriate stage in case of inordinate delay in the trial proceeding.
5-Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of the applicant.
6-In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not press with the aforesaid liberty.
