At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of this application, on account some certain new development in the matter, he does not want to press this application and, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh application with better particular.
Learned Additional Government Advocate as well as learned counsel for opposite party No, 2 submit that they have no objection to such prayer.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
OfÏce is directed to return the certified copy of the documents after retaining the photocopies thereof on record.
