Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj to decide criminal case no.331 of 2020 Neelam Madheshiya Vs. Ramesh Madheshiya under section 125 Cr.P.C. police stationKotwali, District-Maharajganj as expeditiously as possible.

The matter is of the year 2020 and the applicant is running from pillar to post and she has not received any single through interim maintenance or any other source from opposite party no.2. The applicant is ready to participate in the early conclusion of the case.

Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2020, it is expected from the learned trial court to proceed with the case and make all necessary endeavour to conclude the trial within one year positively from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unjust, unwarranted or unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties strictly in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
