In compliance of Court's order dated 02.09.2022, the trial court has transmitted the original copy of the compromise deed and the original order after verification of the same. The parties have arrived at a compromise and their compromise has been verified by the trial court. As the trial court has sent the original copy of compromise deed and the original verification order passed thereon. These documents be sent back to the trial court for keeping the same on record after keeping here the photocopy of these documents. A photocopy of the original compromise deed dated 14.09.2022 and photocopy of the verification order dated 14.09.2022 passed thereon shall form part of this order. As the dispute is personal and the compromise will not effect the society adversely, hence the compromise between the parties as verified by the trial court is accepted. As the compromise has been accepted by this Court, so charge sheet dated 08.09.2020 and cognizance order dated 25.01.2021 passed in Criminal Case No.1508 of 2021 (State Vs. Shakir Husain @ Chhota Guddu and another), arising out of Case Crime No.63 of 2020, under Sections 354, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Pilibhit, are quashed.
Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is hereby allowed.
The Registry is directed to keep the photocopy of compromise deed and verification order on record and return the original compromise deed dated 14.09.2022 and the original verification order dated 14.09.2022 passed on the back of this compromise deed to the trial court concerned.
