Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P./opposite party no.1 and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the order dated 06.04.2023 passed by 1st Additional Session Judge, Jaunpur in Criminal Revision No. 168 of 2022 (Sunil Kumar Jaiswal and others Vs. State of U.P. and another) as well as summoning order dated 28.07.2017 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No. 12, Jaunpur and proceedings of Complaint Case No. 770 of 2016 (Prashant Kumar Vs. Sunil Kumar and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) 3rd, Jaunpur.
Brief facts of the case which are required to be stated are that the applicants have been summoned in this case vide order dated 28.07.2017 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC to face trial. Against the said order dated 28.07.2017, the applicants have preferred criminal revision before the Ist Additional Session Judge, Jaunpur which has been dismissed vide order dated 06.04.2023. Both the aforesaid orders dated 28.07.2017 and 06.04.2023 are the subject matter of challenge in the present application.
